    Charcoal Grill has really gone downhill since I first visited East Grinstead years ago (I now live there).
    Their food hygiene rating is ONE!!! That's absolutely filthy and I was so shocked, I'd only accept 4 or 5. They have to display the rating, and they have it hidden by the kitchen behind the counter.
    The last (ever) time we ordered, I had a large chips, was charged £2.10(!) and was given an undercooked portion the size of my fist. Disappointing, and that will be our last visit.
